Privacy policy for WEBVRIEW S.R.L. (hereinafter, Usalus), with Tax Code 38376941, headquarters in Str. Argentina 25, PARTER, office B, Sector 1, Bucharest, website: www.usalus.ro, email: support@usalus.ro, hereby informs you in regards to the processing of your personal data and the rights you have in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereby referred to as GDPR) and the national legislation on the protection and security of personal data, in force.

1. Purpose and legal basis for processing

In accordance with the national legislation (Law 102/2005, as amended and supplemented, Law no. 190/2018, Law No. 506/2004) and European law (Regulation 2016/679/EU, Directive 2016/680/EC, directive 2002/58/EC) in force, Usalus is obliged to administer safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided to it. Usalus processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR provisions, as the controller, in conformity with the specific provisions applicable, to carry out the following activities:

• Provision of services for the release of training and nutrition plans
• Intermediation of the search, contact, subscription, and communication with the respective specialists
• Computation of relevant indicators such as fat percentage, BMR, success rate, etc.
• Specialist suggestions according to personal interests. In case you do not agree to the provision of personal data, Usalus' ability to provide its services would not be possible.

2. Personal data processed by Usalus

Usalus's personal data protection and security policy is to collect only the personal data necessary for the stated purposes and to require data subjects to communicate to us only those personal data strictly necessary to fulfill these purposes.

• 2.1. Name, Surname for billing purposes and the creation of the user profile - in the case of specialists, they are publicly visible in order to advertise themselves and in the case of clients, only visible to specialists after they connect.
• 2.2. Profile image - in the case of specialists providing services, they are public in order for customers to decide if they connect, and in the case of customers, visible to specialists only after connecting.
• 2.3. Birth date, gender, height, weight, body measurements (body fat percentage, lean tissue percentage) - for calculating the biometric indicators and estimating progression.
• 2.4. E-mail addresses are always hidden, even between connected users (unless disclosed between themselves). All emails are sent by Usalus.
• 2.5. Specialists company data are necessary to receive subscription payments and are not disclosed to anyone else other than the owner of the company.
• 2.6. User addresses are not disclosed unless disclosed between themselves (using the in-app chat, for example).
• 2.7. Phone numbers are not disclosed unless disclosed between themselves (using the in-app chat, for example). Specialists have the option of setting their phone number as public if that is what they want.
• 2.8. IP address and device model - to serve as a digital signature to validate the agreement given to the terms and conditions presented before creating the account. We reserve the right to request other data necessary for the performance of the services, strictly in accordance with the legal provisions.

3. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is stored for the entire period necessary to provide the services. In case of deletion of the user account, all personal data is deleted.

According to the applicable legal provisions, you benefit from the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to delete data, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to opposition, and the automated individual decision-making process.
